Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how BYTESTREAM PY E.A.S. UNIPERSONAL, a private legal entity headquartered in Paraguay ("Didder", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data of users of the Didder Chat & Live application and of the didderlive.com website. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Data we collect
1.1. Registration and account data
- Name, nickname, e-mail, date of birth, profile photo and other information you add to your profile.
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the basic identification data provided by those providers (name, e-mail and account identifier).
1.2. Content you create
- Photos and images you upload (profile, posts, messages), using the device’s camera or gallery — always through your action and with the permission granted by you in the system.
- Audio streamed in real time when you participate in rooms and live broadcasts, processed by our infrastructure and by real-time media providers to enable the broadcast and moderation.
- Chat messages, comments and interactions on the Platform.
1.3. Identity verification (biometric data)
For certain functions — such as the creation of agencies and creator/host programs — we may request a verification selfie and perform facial recognition to confirm your identity and prevent fraud. This processing only occurs with your explicit consent, at the time of verification. Verification images are used exclusively for that purpose and retained only for as long as necessary for verification and for compliance with legal obligations.
1.4. Purchases
Purchases of coins and Virtual Items are processed by the App Store (Apple) or by Google Play. We do not receive or store your card data; we receive from the stores the confirmation of the transaction (product, amount and purchase identifiers) to credit the items to your account and keep the history.
1.5. Technical and usage data
- Device information (model, operating system, language, device identifiers) and access logs (IP address, date and time).
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), used to deliver notifications to your device.
- Error and performance reports (via Sentry), which may include information about the device and the session in which the error occurred, used to diagnose and fix failures.
- Device integrity signals (for example, root/jailbreak detection), used for security and fraud prevention.
2. What we use the data for
- provide, operate and maintain the Platform and its features;
- enable live broadcasts, chats, gifts and the coin system;
- process purchases and credit Virtual Items;
- verify identity in creator, host and agency programs;
- send notifications that you enable;
- moderate content, prevent fraud, abuse and violations of the Terms;
- diagnose errors and improve the stability of the application;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your data for third-party behavioral advertising.
3. Application permissions
The application requests only the permissions necessary for the functions you use, and you can revoke them at any time in the system settings:
- Microphone — to speak in rooms and live broadcasts;
- Camera — to take photos for your profile, posts and for the verification selfie;
- Photos/gallery — to choose existing images when posting or updating your profile;
- Notifications — for alerts about messages, lives and activities on your account.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with:
- infrastructure and cloud providers that host the service and store content;
- real-time media providers that transport the audio of the broadcasts;
- Apple and Google, in the processing of purchases and login;
- notification and error-monitoring providers (Firebase, Sentry), for the purposes described in this Policy;
- authorities, when required by law or court order.
5. International transfer
Our providers may process data on servers located outside your country. In such cases, we adopt contractual and technical safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection for the data.
6. Security and retention
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and for compliance with legal obligations; after account deletion, the data is erased or anonymized, except for records whose retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time, request:
- confirmation of the existence of processing and access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- erasure of unnecessary data or data processed on the basis of consent;
- information about with whom we share your data;
- withdrawal of consent (including for biometric verification).
Requests can be made by e-mail at support@didderlive.com and will be handled within the applicable legal deadlines.
8. Account deletion
You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data through the didderlive.com/delete-account page. Once completed, deletion is irreversible: content, history and Virtual Item balances cannot be recovered.
9. Minimum age
The Services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years or older. We do not intentionally collect data from persons under 18; if we identify an account in that condition, it will be terminated and the data erased.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the version in force. Relevant changes will be communicated through the Platform.
11. Contact
To exercise your rights or to clarify any questions about privacy, contact us by e-mail at support@didderlive.com.
